I love connecting with people and I love helping people connect with others. I grew up in a very open-minded, spiritual, and Sephardic home, where my parents spoke openly about the importance of our personal connection with Hashem, and that has been the cornerstone of everything I’ve ever accomplished. I truly believe that every person we meet is for a reason and that I came into this world to help others help themselves. I believe life is a journey and we end up where we are most needed.
With an early interest in psychology and helping, I embarked on a long and rewarding road to become a Psychology Professor. I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Master’s in Neuroscience and Education from Columbia University and a Master’s in Education from the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education and Administration.
I became a Kallah teacher since I had such a positive experience with my personal Kallah teacher I wanted to create that experience for others. This led to my having been involved in shidduchim for the past 9 years. Throughout those years, I became a dating and relationship coach. It was a gradual and organic process and I feel very blessed to be in a position to help others.
I am told I bring out the best in people and I look forward to discovering the best in you! I view coaching as a mirror, allowing you to see what is already inside. Through listening, questioning, and challenging, you will come to your own clarity of how you want to approach the situations we discuss. I will never tell you what to do, I will rather help you see, understand, and come to your own conclusions.
I aim to create a safe environment, where we can talk, discuss, question, and gain clarity together. We will set goals together depending on what you want to accomplish.
