This principle applies universally to all professionals featured on our website, including freelancers. Through TheJnetwork and our platform, you can seek and receive informational questions and educational answers from wellness professionals and freelancers alike. We trust that these services will prove beneficial to you, and we urge you to utilize them responsibly.

TheJnetwork directory of experts and freelancers allows users to search for professionals in their area. these terms of use apply to the use of this directory.

Top of Form Whenever we use the words “your provider” or “expert/freelancer provider” or “wellness professional” or similar words on Thejnetwork, including in these Terms of Use, we mean your personal health care provider with whom you have an actual, mutually acknowledged, provider-patient relationship (or the same kind of formal, real-world relationship between you and your personal professional healthcare provider) as defined by the state of law within the United States of America.

Professionals on Thejnetwork are not your designated therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, nutritionist, or healthcare provider. Interactions on Thejnetwork should not be considered as diagnostic or treatment sessions. Consultations should not be utilized for formal diagnoses, obtaining prescriptions, or administering treatment. Please refrain from using Thejnetwork for diagnostic purposes.

All Users:

By submitting your email address for any purpose, you are consenting to receive our newsletter. You can opt out at any time, and we do not share your information with third parties.

The “Verified” badge indicates that the professional has met or surpassed The J Network’s verification standards upon registration on the platform.

DO NOT UTILIZE THE SITE TO AUTHENTICATE THE CREDENTIALS OF ANY OF THEJNETWORK’S EXPERTS AND FREELANCERS PROFESSIONAL.

Although TheJnetwork vets and verifies it’s members, It is the client/consumer/member responsibility to question, research, and evaluate the validity and credibility of all experts/professionals.

TheJnetwrok is not responsible to verify the status or validity of an author’s licenses and/or credentials. It is the consumer/member responsibility to verify the stated license and/or credentials of members.

“Unverified” denotes that a professional no longer carries the “Verified” status due to non-compliance with TheJnetwork’s guidelines or for specified reasons.

TheJnetwork retains the authority to unverify or remove professionals from the platform at its discretion. This action may be taken if the professional does not meet TheJnetwork’s requirements during their membership or if TheJnetwork introduces new guidelines that the professional fails to promptly comply with. In addition, if professionals endorse dietary restrictions, employ outdated or illegal methods (such as conversion therapy), or are implicated in reported abuse or professional misconduct, among other reasons.

Professionals who lose their verification status or are removed from the platform will cease to be billed, and no refunds will be issued for previous payments.

Membership’s funds, fees, refunds, and cancelation:

If a professional fails to comply with TheJnetwork’s standards during their membership, TheJnetwork is not obliged to refund the full or prorated membership fees. Professionals are contractually obligated to adhere to TheJnetwork’s standards upon joining and throughout their membership.

The initial fee for professionals covers setup and onboarding and is non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee period.

Professionals can cancel their subscription with a written notice at least 10 days before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for the initial setup fee or previous membership fees. After cancellation, their profile may remains visible but loses verification status, limiting access. Leads generated post-cancellation are offered on a per-lead basis, with the option for professionals to pay.

Failure to respond or pay within 24 hours prompts the platform to assist clients in finding alternatives. Complete removal requires a direct written request from professionals.

TheJnetwork is under no obligation to disclose details of reported abuse or misconduct to professionals or any other party.

Advertising:

TheJnetwork may include links to third-party websites, but it does not endorse their content. TheJnetwork is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk. TheJnetwork does not endorse any products or services advertised on its site. Advertising in any form is prohibited on TheJnetwork, and users must credit the source if posting third-party material. Violations of this policy may result in a user being banned from the platform.

Submission Guidelines:

Your personal information submitted to TheJnetwork is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, with the Privacy Policy prevailing in case of any inconsistency. You agree not to upload or transmit any communications or content, such as forums, articles, or comments, that infringe or violate any rights of any party. All submissions must adhere to TheJnetwork’s Submission Guidelines. If you choose to contribute personal stories to the site, they may be published anonymously or with your name, and upon publication, they become the property of TheJnetwork.

Limitation of liability:

IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR WISH TO ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST THEJNETWORK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING IT.
