“Energy precedes matter” unknown

Why did I choose to be in the helping profession?

I feel like the healing profession chose me. My childhood and college background are in performing arts, acting and singing. This was my parents’ dream for me and I excelled at it and found meaning in the moments of connecting to the audience or losing myself in a character. However, I kept feeling that something was missing, and I didn’t want to use my talents just to receive compliments or tell someone else’s story, often evoking heavy and egoic emotions in the process.
I felt the power of my voice and energy to transmute those emotions and had visions of healing others one on one in sacred space. It would be a long road of personal healing before I discovered the modality I use today. Over many years and many sessions with energy and spiritual coaches, I faced my own insecurities, came closer to HaShem and began to own my power as a highly sensitive empath. I finally recognized my unique role in ushering in the geula consciousness and found creativity and fulfillment in discovering what’s blocking myself and others from a more aligned and expansive reality. There is much more to explore and I’m obsessed with learning daily about new practices and science, not to mention continuing my healing, to better serve my clients.

What can you expect from my sessions / service?

I start my sessions by asking the client what their main issues are that they want to shift, whether mentally, emotionally, physically or in a particular area of their lives. We’ll do a short breathing meditation and set intentions and prayers for healing. Then I will start energy clearing what comes up for their system. The client usually will feel nothing or a slight tingling, yawning or other bodily sensations. This is usually a good sign that energy is releasing. I will walk the client through the issues I’m clearing and am open to any questions that come up. After my sessions, clients will either feel immediate relief and a feeling of lightness and ease, or a gradual improvement in their issue, depending on the severity of their issue and how long it takes for the clearing to process.
